We are pleased to offer telehealth consultations for our patients.
Please ensure that your contact number is accurate, as your doctor will reach out to you via phone at the scheduled appointment time. Keep in mind that there may be instances where your doctor runs behind schedule. If it has been more than 30 minutes since your appointment time, we kindly ask you to contact our reception.
For telehealth appointments, prescriptions, referrals, medical certificates, and laboratory or radiology requests will be sent via fax or email.
We will continue to provide in-person consultations when a physical examination is necessary. Routine childhood and influenza vaccinations will proceed as normal.
If you believe an in-person visit is necessary, you can easily schedule a face-to-face appointment through our website or by calling our reception team.
Telehealth Consultation Fees
Patients holding a valid Medicare card who have visited our clinic in person within the last 12 months are eligible for a Medicare rebate.
For those without a valid Medicare card or who have not had an in-person appointment at our clinic in the past year, standard private telehealth fees will apply. Please check our fees page for more details.
